§ 10.16.810. Installation authorized in certain circumstances.

The city engineer shall place and maintain parking meters on those city highways or portions of city highways and portions of state highways designated by the city council and approved by the state department of public works and on those parking lots designated by the city council maintained or operated for the public by the city at a charge to the public.
