Except as amended by section 15.00.110, the 1997 Uniform Housing Code, published by the International Conference of Building
Officials, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as though fully
set forth in this division and shall constitute the Housing Code of the City of Diamond
Bar. A copy of such Code has been deposited in the office of the city clerk and shall
be, at all times, maintained by the city clerk for use and examination by the public.
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the 1997 Uniform Housing Code
and California Health and Safety Code section 17920.3, the Health and Safety Code
provisions shall control.
