§ 5.00.050. Contents of a business license.

Upon the payment for a business license and pursuant to any applicable provisions of chapters 5.04 and 5.08 of this Code, the city shall issue a business license to the applicant which shall contain the following:

(a)

Type of business;

(b)

Name of business;

(c)

Business location;

(d)

Business owner;

(e)

Expiration date;

(f)

Business license number;

(g)

Amount of fee paid for business license; and

(h)

Such other information as deemed necessary by the city.
