§ 9.24.120. Aiding curfew violations.

Every parent, guardian or other person having the legal care, custody or control of any person under the age of 18 years who knowingly aids, abets or encourages such person described in section 9.24.110 to violate any provision of this division is guilty of a misdemeanor.
